Today we’d like to introduce you to Law STEWART
Hi Law, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I enjoy transforming my original interest in illustration, basketball, chess and cartoons into a creative career. Originally from Corpus Christi, the lure of an art career brought me to Houston and I have called it home ever since. While at college I also worked stock at the Galleria Mall until I was drafted #1 into my creative career which has given me the opportunity to learn and create with top designers, artists, brands, films and entertainment events. I’ve recently become more interested in entrepreneurship, concert & tour visuals, and techniques on staying in a creative flow.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
The journey has been filled with great unique people that have made it pretty smooth, I’ve recently struggled with aligning my interests and focus and actively studying new methods on productivity, psychology, and adapting an entrepreneurial mindset that’s in alignment with my goals.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I am a digital artist and photographer, and illustrator and I enjoy a damn good festival or concert. I create imagery for individuals and brands and enjoy new projects and opportunities to create impactful art and connections. I like to think I specialize in photography and cgi, and currently adapting my background and interests in graphics, music and films into a local animation studio that provides unique and custom experiences, graphics, music videos, creative photography, vfx, and virtual sets for creatives and brands.
What makes you happy?
I really enjoy when I’m in a creative flow full of inspiration as if I were touched by Muse. I enjoy traveling without knowing the location or itinerary. I like being in a room full of my close friends and family brainstorming the new greatest shark tank idea or just having fun and being present in that moments experience.
