Daily Inspiration: Meet Mark Sachak

Today we’d like to introduce you to Mark Sachak.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Starting out was a tough endeavor and a long learning process of free advertising and building a valued website and interacting with social media. What has really proven helpful is word of mouth from our customers. With a high customer satisfaction and above average customer return rate we are building a sound business and are considering expansion but with the same standard that have been our standard for many years.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
We are renowned for our prompt and friendly service, combined with the highest quality repairs in the industry, supported by many years of experience. Our windshield repair process utilizes specialized resins that are similar to those used by dentists for bonding teeth.
The key distinction lies in the use of two types of acids. One acid is designed to etch the cracked surface, ensuring a robust bond, while the other works to repel dirt, gathering it into the largest voids and bonding securely around it. This innovative approach enhances the strength of the bond by preventing dirt from being redistributed throughout the entire chip.

In terms of your work and the industry, what are some of the changes you are expecting to see over the next five to ten years?
We plan on expanding our business to include windshield replacement along with our current chip and crack repair in the near future. I have put together a business plan and setting goals for that business process.
