Hi mia, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
everything started back in 2023 i wanted to do something big i always had small business but never went to far with them and gave up easily. i saw that almost no one at then time was a eternal florist so i became one of the first girls in katy tx to open up a floral page. i ordered everything and within my first post i got a few customers. this is something that i saw i was going to do forever , summer comes and i had completely stopped working with flowers since it was very slow. i moved out but felt like i wanted to continue i had no job so i felt like this was my only way to make money doing something i loved .. my brother was my biggest support system starting with only eternal bouquets he encouraged me to do natural rose bouquets and since then my business sky rocketed expanding and making deliveries all over houston. i’m blessed and thankful with God for the opportunity and the dream he has given me. starting with a few orders a week to being super booked with 3-5 orders A WEEK !! i’m happy of the person i’ve become at the age of 20 starting when i was just 16 i was able to make my own money and live off my business because of how it worked out in the end.
i’m thankful for everyone who has trusted me the key is to keep practicing , never give up , social media posting consistency and most importantly trust in the lord and his plan for you <3
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
it hasn’t been a smooth road and never will !! a lot of struggles i’ve dealt with is comparing myself to other florists , slow days and feeling overwhelmed with all the work and me being only one person
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
i specialize in natural bouquets and eternal bouquets , what sets me apart from others is that i try to make my bouquets affordable for everyone to shop. i know that everything is expensive now days so i try to price everything at a reasonable price
Can you share something surprising about yourself?
something surprising that most don’t know is that for valentine’s day 2025 i handled over 20 bouquets by myself !!
another surprising thing is that i dance and work now full time enrolled in cna school but still take orders all the time
