Hi Mike, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today.
This is a long conversation. I’ve been doing this for 18 years next month. I started in this business as a humble door guy and have owned 2 bars in my life and General Managed many places. I celebrated successes and learned from lots of failure. I’ve been through some controversy and a tragedy as well.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
I went through some controversy on social media. Sort of a cyber bullying type of thing is how I looked at it and I confronted it head on. I lost a customer on my watch as well that still lives in my mind every day.

I’ve swept floors and cleaned toilets all the way up to running the day to day of multiple businesses.
