Hi TKaye, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
From as far back as I can remember, I’ve been captivated by flowers. The sight, the scent, the color, the way they breathe life into a room – it’s always been magical. Growing up, I witnessed my father’s consistent gesture of presenting my mother with fresh flowers, and I saw firsthand how they could instantly alter the ambiance. Beyond their beauty, flowers possess a unique ability to communicate, expressing feelings that words simply cannot.”
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Building my business has been a challenging, yet invaluable learning experience. Overcoming initial hurdles, particularly educating my target audience about the value of my services.
My mentor’s advice was really essential to my success: ‘If they don’t see the value, they won’t buy.’ He also assured me that people readily invest when they grasp the benefits or see value. While there were slow periods, these experiences taught me the importance of clear communication and continuous improvement as a business owner.
There were times when sales were nonexistent, but these setbacks fueled my determination to become a more effective business owner.

By day I craft bespoke floral arrangements, and by night I work in tech industry. Though, I appreciate the challenges of technology, my passion lies with flowers.
My personable nature has been my greatest asset, allowing me to forge connections and seize opportunities that have exceeded my wildest expectations. The simple act of engaging with others has led me to places I never imagined 10/10 recommend.
