Deon M. Lindsey’s Stories, Lessons & Insights

We’re looking forward to introducing you to Deon M. Lindsey. Check out our conversation below.

Good morning Deon M., we’re so happy to have you here with us and we’d love to explore your story and how you think about life and legacy and so much more. So let’s start with a question we often ask: What do the first 90 minutes of your day look like?
First 10 minutes I awake gently face routine. (No phone) Pray, give gratitude and set my intention for the day. Drink my water.

10-30 minutes I move my body. That includes light stretching.

30-5o minutes I prepare breakfast.

50-70 minutes I do my Bible reading. I journal and read my affirmations. I also do 5 minutes of breathing exercises.

70-90 minutes I start my day by working on projects that I have going.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Deon, and I’m the founder of Royalty and Hèrr, (Her Excellence Reflects Royalty) a faith-based coaching brand dedicated to guiding women through their transition from healing to truly healed. My work is rooted in authenticity, transparency, and the belief that every woman carries a royal identity that deserves to be restored and celebrated.

What makes my brand unique is that it doesn’t just stop at inspiration, I create practical tools like journals, affirmation cards, and treasures that women can use in their everyday lives to walk out their healing. I also design safe, nurturing spaces that feel transformative, both through my products and upcoming programs.

My journey began with my own story of healing, and I’ve been intentional about turning that process into a mission, helping other women rise into the version of themselves that God created them to be. Looking ahead, I’m excited to launch Royalty & Hérr: The Haven of Becoming, a space designed to be a true sanctuary for women stepping into their healed era where faith, wellness, and empowerment meet. (An online store that will have so many exciting tools)

I want women to know they don’t have to stay where they are. Healing is possible, and becoming hérr is within reach.

Great, so let’s dive into your journey a bit more. What breaks the bonds between people—and what restores them?
What breaks the bonds between people is often unspoken pain, things like unmet expectations, lack of communication, betrayal, or even unhealed wounds we carry into relationships. When those hurts go unaddressed, they create distance and silence where connection used to be.

But what restores bonds is honesty, grace, and intentional healing. When people are willing to listen, forgive, and rebuild trust, the foundation becomes stronger than before. I believe restoration also requires humility the willingness to admit where we’ve fallen short and love, because love covers, heals, and binds us back together.

If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
If I could say one kind thing to my younger self, it would be: “You don’t have to carry it all by yourself, and you don’t have to prove your strength by pretending you’re not hurting. Healing takes time, and one day you’ll see that the very things that broke you were shaping you into the woman God always intended you to become. Trust Him with your process, give yourself permission to rest, and remember that you are already worthy and loved, even when you don’t feel it.”

So a lot of these questions go deep, but if you are open to it, we’ve got a few more questions that we’d love to get your take on. What would your closest friends say really matters to you?
My closest friends would say what matters to me the most is living in alignment with God’s purpose and making sure I leave a lasting impact on the women I serve. They’d probably tell you that I care deeply about healing not just my own, but creating space for others to heal too. They know I value authenticity, loyalty, and growth, and that I don’t just want success for myself, I want to see the people around me become the best version of themselves. More than anything, they’d say I’m committed to becoming Hérr and helping others do the same.

Okay, so let’s keep going with one more question that means a lot to us: Are you doing what you were born to do—or what you were told to do?
I can confidently say I’m doing what I was born to do. For a long time, I lived by what I thought I was “supposed” to do carrying expectations, roles, and responsibilities that didn’t fully reflect who I was created to be. But walking through my own healing journey showed me that my purpose was already inside of me. Coaching, creating, and building safe spaces for women isn’t something I was told to do it’s something that flows naturally from who I am. It feels less like work and more like walking in alignment with God’s plan for my life.
