Hi Abbie Myxuan, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My brother and I have always wanted to do something that we can promote our Vietnamese culture and products to all the people. With that Mission, we open the gift shop at Painted Tree Boutiques.
We handmade candles from eco-friendly ingredients like palm wax, soy wax, and beeswax. Also, we finding other unique items are local sourced, made in Vietnam.
We started first by selling our handmade candles and Christmas accessories at Katy Christmas Market. We got lots of support and compliments on the products; and also refer to Painted Tree Boutiques where we opened the first shop. We now have 2 shops at Painted Tree Sugar Land, Cinco Ranch, and 1 upcoming in Baybrook on September.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
No, it has not been a smooth road. We do handmade and our focus is quality. We sometimes remake multiple batches in order to have the best one for customers. We also do custom orders of gift candles and scented wax sachet boxes. Our goal is to customer’s sastification. Even though we face many challenges; we always believe, in making the best product for customers.

Vosi Home is a Home of Vietnamese Original Seasonal Items, offering handmade candles and seasonal decorations/accessories.
One of the highlight products is Memory Keepsake Wood Boards for Baby Milestone, K-12 School Year, and Family Holidays. The wood is made from plywood, lightweight, but durable. The frame slots and words are laser engraved; the board was made conveniently for busy moms to just apply the pictures to the boards with provided double sides tape.
We carry variety of handmade candle scents for instances Coconut, Coffee, Peppermint, and Lavender. We’re delightful introducing the best seller for this summer is: Minty Orange, Watermint Citrus, and Peach Juicy.
Last but not least, the Body Pillows for kids are soft and comfy. We’ve sold over 200 pieces and got great feedback from customers! It’s perfect for child’s naptime, bedtime, or snuggling up with during story time.
All our Plush toys are machine washable; best with cold wash and air fluff dry to keep it looking and feeling like new.
