Today we’d like to introduce you to Andrew Psyk
Hi Andrew, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I started a power washing business while I was a junior in high school. I continually grew my business into a crew of men. Prestige Home Improvement now offers bigger services, while continually doing the smaller ones. Prestige Home Improvement has two crews, with around 3 guys in each crew. Prestige’s services contain things related to general construction and landscaping. Prestige offers our clients a design package. Prestige has been in business for 4 years and is continually growing. My faith has been a big inspiration and firm foundation in my business.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
No, learning how to manage a team and emotions comes with experience and trial and error. Discipline, is also not an easy thing to continually strive for. “He who has a slack hand becomes poor, But the hand of the diligent makes rich.” Proverbs 10:4 NKJV
