With an exceptional team by his side, Antoine assists businesses in estate planning, tax benefits, revenue growth, and retirement planning services.
However, Antoine’s ambitions extend beyond his own success. He firmly believes in nurturing and developing young talent, which is why PMF offers internships ranging from six to twelve months. Antoine’s dedication and hard work paid off early in his career. By the age of twenty, he became the Top agent in the insurance company. The following year, he helped over three hundred businesses and one thousand families achieve financial stability

He has been featured in multiple magazines, including Top 100 Magazine, where he was acknowledged two years in a row for being among the top 100 people in Finance worldwide. Additionally, he has been featured in Elite 50 Magazine for his contributions to the finance industry. Antoine has also received numerous awards, including Rookie of the Year, Heavy Hitter, and Top Insurance Sales Agent.
Today, Antoine leads a team of ambitious insurance agents who are driven for success and determined to dominate the industry. With brokers in 32 states, they have set their sights on expanding to all 50 states. Antoine’s unwavering confidence and dedication to improving future generations have earned him the nickname “Tycoon.” He is a force to be reckoned with, and his actions speak volumes about his commitment to creating a brighter tomorrow for all.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Antoine faced numerous obstacles in the Life Insurance sector, particularly as the owner of a Black Independent insurance agency. Despite failing his licensing exam nine times, he refused to let that setback deter him. Instead, he transformed his experience into a teaching opportunity, developing a cutting-edge training program that helps others pass their exams on their first attempt. When Antoine began his own studies, he relied solely on textbooks—lacking videos, flashcards, or any support—and he was determined to ensure that others wouldn’t have to navigate the same challenges he did.

One of my fondest childhood memories is when I won first place in a karate tournament, won the punt, pass, and kick competition at the Patriots Stadium, or celebrated championship victory with my youth basketball league. These moments highlight the competitive spirit that I have maintained throughout my adult life and carried over into business
