Today we’d like to introduce you to Chef Jones
Hi Chef, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I always loved to cook and see the reactions from people. So I started selling plates out of my apartment around 2016 and the buzz started to grow. After that I seen a vision and ran with it. Next I started to get more notice through instagram and facebook and was getting featured at nightclubs around the city. I expanded my horizons by starting a catering company called Chase tha taste catering. I have a cajun soul style of cooking that has made a huge push on social media and now I’m known for my amazing brunch and dinner parties.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It is not an overnight success or get rich quick way. I’ve had days where things happened but I stuck with it. I’ve had customers try and get over. I’ve had days where the weather messed up my whole operation and broke even. It’s a process.

I run a full service catering company and also a private chef. I specialize in my amazing brunch and dinner parties but brunch is my niche! My presentation care and passion for food sets apart from the rest. I’m proud that my brand has created a way for me help other businesses. My brand provides a very unique experience of service and quality foods.

I don’t cook for myself all the time like people might think. I’m busy cooking all the time so I have my restaurants
