Cynthia’s real estate career began in 1997 working for commercial general contractors where her passion for new construction grew. Then becoming a licensed broker in Illinois, 2001 through 2008, Cynthia won many Top Producer Awards. She has managed, bought and sold personal property faithfully through the years. In 2018, Cynthia became Texas licensed and joined Coldwell Banker’s salespersons roster. In order to service commercial clients as well as residential, Cynthia was invited to join eXpCommercial by a billion-dollar debt service producer. Enjoying every aspect in Real Estate such as mentoring, training, being in the field, it’s a calling she truly enjoys. I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
Although various personalities and/or having clients who lack family support can at times cause an emotional roller coaster, I have learned early on how to help best navigate the situation. Sometimes, it’s best to just part ways in the absence of client participation.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
eXpCommercial is a subsidiary of eXp World Holdings, valued at $4.4B/stock exchange. We are a separate entity from our sister company, eXpRealty. While eXpRealty focuses on residential, eXpCommercial focuses on commercial. Having started in 2008, by CEO Glenn Sanford, the company is 100% cloud based and what some would call a metaverse operation.

This was exactly what Cynthia was looking for in a company. Virtual access to clients at the highest level. It’s the perfect marriage of traditional and cutting-edge technology to do deals virtually.

If you’re not ready for face-to-face meetings, buying or selling a home can be completely virtual and still rewarding. Contact me today to get started.

What was your favorite childhood memory?
My favorite childhood memory was a surprise visit to the amusement park with my family.
