Today we’d like to introduce you to JoAnna Carraway.
Hi JoAnna, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I’ve always wanted to start my own business but wasn’t sure what I wanted to do. I knew it would be something that I liked and loved. I knew it would be something that had to do with Beauty Cosmetics and Accessories. Us as women love to keep our appearance up with Accessories and Cosmetics; when we look good, we feel good. My goal is to make women and young girls feel beautiful wearing my brand.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
It has not always been a smooth road. I’ve had my ups and downs even wanted to give up at times. I just stayed positive and kept going. There would be days I made 300-500 dollars and days I made 0 dollars but I didn’t give up; giving up is not an option for me. I feel like if I survived breast cancer, I can survive anything. Success doesn’t happen overnight. My Challenges are being better than I was yesterday and getting better each day.

For those who have not heard of me, my name is JoAnna Carraway owner of Simply J’s Beauty Cosmetics and Accessories. I specialize in making Handmade Lipglosses and Matte Lipsticks. Some may know me by my Bracelets Accessories, Simply J’s Charm and Bangle Bracelets. I Handmade Charm and Bangle Bracelets that’s affordable for everyone. Each Bracelet is handmade and customized upon request. I also make Photo Memory Charms for necklaces or bracelets. I am most proud about my brand is my professionalism and fast customer service; my #1 priority is satisfying my customers. What makes me different is the uniqueness and styles of my Charm Bracelets.
Is there a quality that you most attribute to your success?
The quality I feel about my success is to keep putting my all into my work hard work will always pay off. Keeping my customers happy is a major part of my business. Happiness and satisfaction keeps them coming back and spreading the word to others about my business; that’s what makes it successful.
