My journey as a serial entrepreneur, technology innovator, and Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) specialist began with a drive to use digital tools for human advancement. Here is how I built my career and reached where I am today in 2026:
Foundations and the “Spark” to Start
Academic Beginnings: I started my academic path in Benin City, Nigeria, at the University of Benin, where I graduated as the top student in Electrical/Electronics Technology. I later pursued advanced studies in Psychology, Computer Science, and Business Administration at both Masters and Doctoral Levels.
The Turning Point: Despite my high grades, I initially struggled to find a job before 2018. Frustrated by the gap between traditional schooling and the skills needed for real-world entrepreneurship, I used that “anger” as fuel to start my own venture, Broadband Career Management, which has since evolved into an AI Software Company called BBCMGTai Inc. My mum’s advice has been a game-changer for me – she’s always drilled into me to “focus on just one thing and do it right”. It’s way harder than it sounds, though! I’ve definitely fallen into the trap of comparing myself to others, chasing shiny new opportunities, and trying to do it all. But my north star has always been simple: “Using technology to support humanity”. And I’m grateful to say, my mum’s wisdom has kept me grounded and focused on making that vision a reality .
Growth and Innovation
Building BBCMGTai: I founded BBCMGTai as a Houston-based AI Software consultancy to bridge the digital divide for entrepreneurs. Today, my company empowers startups and small businesses across North America and Africa with solutions in robotics, cloud computing, and data analytics.
The iBARE Platform: One of my proudest achievements is creating iBARE (Interactive Companion & Business AI for Real-time Engagement). It is a digital humanoid AI platform designed to offer Robotherapy services to people globally and provide complex AI deployment accessible to organizations without deep technical backgrounds, helping them scale workforce productivity.
Global Impact and Recognition
Advocacy and Education: I have written over 45 books including Leveraging AI PCs for SMEs; Robotherapy; Living Within Your Means; The Future of Therapy; How to Kickout a Tenant Without Eviction; 10 Laws of Keeping Her Committed; How to Win and Influence People Online; and Comprehensive Counseling Therapies and many more. Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It has certainly not been a smooth road. While I am proud of where I stand today in 2026, my path has been marked by significant obstacles that tested my resolve and ultimately shaped my vision for BBCMGTai Inc.
Some of the key struggles I’ve faced include:
Early Career Rejection: After graduating at the top of my class at the University of Benin, I expected to transition smoothly into the workforce. Instead, I faced a prolonged period of unemployment in 2018. This was a humbling and frustrating experience that exposed the gap between academic excellence and the specific skill sets required by the modern tech industry.
The Struggle for Practical Skills: My frustration with the traditional educational system—where high honors didn’t translate into immediate job opportunities—became a major internal struggle. This “anger” eventually fueled my transition from a job-seeker to an entrepreneur, as I realized I had to build the systems I wanted to see.
Overcoming Peer Pressure and Social Isolation: During my formative years, I faced significant peer pressure to engage in behaviors that didn’t align with my values. Choosing to remain true to my integrity often meant feeling like an outsider, prioritizing long-term goals over short-term social acceptance.
Navigating Life Transitions: Growing up without a father figure in my home was another personal challenge that required resilience and self-guidance. These personal experiences deeply influenced my focus on mentorship and social responsibility today.
Bridging the Digital Divide: Building a global AI enterprise like BBCMGTai Inc. required overcoming the barriers of accessibility and literacy in tech. My mission to demystify AI for SMEs in Africa and beyond was born out of the struggle to make advanced technology feel like a necessity rather than an unreachable luxury.
These challenges were not just setbacks; they were the “fuel” that pushed me to create platforms like iBARE and initiatives like ADollarClass to ensure others don’t have to face the same lack of direction I did early on.

Do you any memories from childhood that you can share with us?
My childhood memory is an epic adventure! I used to compete with older friends in shooting fireworks, hiding and seeking, and trying to outdo each other with the loudest boom! The festive atmosphere, thrill of competition, and joy of sharing those moments with friends made it unforgettable.
One particular firework stands out – I was at home with my mom, and she initially thought there were robbers. She later found out I started the firework show with my friends, and she was furious! She complained to the neighbors, but they pointed fingers back at me, saying I started it first. My mom wasn’t pleased, but I didn’t learn my lesson. The next year, I didn’t initiate the firework competition, but it was still intense!
