Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I was born in Venezuela, where I spent more than two decades building a career in television, media production, and large-scale events. Throughout those years, I had the opportunity to lead creative teams, develop national campaigns, produce major entertainment experiences, and work with some of the country’s most recognized brands. Looking back, I realized that the common thread in everything I built was bringing people together.
When I moved to the United States, I didn’t see it as starting over—I saw it as an opportunity to build something with an even greater impact. I wanted to create a platform where entrepreneurs, executives, creatives, and business owners could build meaningful relationships that would accelerate their growth.
That vision became Let’s Connect Show, a business community that began in Houston and has since expanded to multiple cities. Today, our events and media platform have helped thousands of entrepreneurs increase their visibility, generate strategic partnerships, and grow their businesses through authentic relationships rather than traditional networking.
Beyond Let’s Connect, I continue producing content, hosting interviews, speaking at events, and helping brands communicate their stories in ways that inspire trust and action. I genuinely believe that business grows at the speed of relationships, and my passion is creating environments where those relationships naturally happen.
One of the greatest lessons in my career is that success isn’t about being the most connected person in the room—it’s about becoming the person who creates opportunities for others. That’s the philosophy behind everything I build, and it’s what continues to open doors, not only for me, but for the incredible people and businesses I have the privilege of working with.
I’m excited about what’s next because I believe we’re only getting started. My goal is to continue expanding Let’s Connect internationally, build even stronger business communities, and keep creating experiences that help people grow personally and professionally.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Not at all. Every meaningful journey comes with challenges, and mine has certainly been no exception.
One of the biggest challenges was adapting to a new country and building a business in a market where very few people knew who I was. In Venezuela, I had spent years building a reputation and a strong professional network. In the United States, I had to earn that trust all over again. It reminded me that reputation opens doors, but character, consistency, and delivering value are what keep them open.
Like many entrepreneurs, I’ve also experienced moments of uncertainty, difficult business decisions, and unexpected setbacks. Every event, every new city, and every expansion has required taking calculated risks and believing in a vision before others could see it.
Those experiences strengthened my leadership and reinforced something I deeply believe: challenges are not roadblocks—they’re opportunities to innovate, improve, and grow. They’ve taught me to stay focused on solutions, surround myself with great people, and never lose sight of the purpose behind what I’m building.
Today, I’m grateful for every obstacle because each one pushed me to become a better entrepreneur, a better leader, and someone who can genuinely help others navigate their own journey. Success isn’t about avoiding challenges; it’s about continuing to move forward with resilience, vision, and the willingness to create opportunities even when the path isn’t obvious.

How do you think about happiness?
What truly makes me happy is creating opportunities that change people’s lives. There is something incredibly rewarding about introducing two people who end up becoming business partners, watching an entrepreneur gain confidence because someone believed in their vision, or seeing a company grow after finding the right connections.
I’m also passionate about creating experiences that bring people together. Whether it’s hosting an event, producing content, or simply having a meaningful conversation, I love seeing people leave inspired, motivated, and with new possibilities they didn’t have before.
On a personal level, spending time with my daughter reminds me why I work so hard. She inspires me to keep growing, to lead by example, and to build something that creates a lasting impact beyond business.
At the end of the day, success means very little if it isn’t shared. Knowing that my work helps others grow, dream bigger, and create new opportunities is what motivates me every single day.
