Shayna Bell, MBA, NSA, the president of Mobile Notary Dispatch Services and the author of “There’s Power in Your Stamp”. Shayna has over 15 years of experience in professional services and currently oversees the overall business and marketing initiatives for three departments at the University of Texas Medical Branch, as a Business Operations Manager. She was recently honored as one of the 40 under 40 for Galveston County Daily News for professionalism and leadership skills. Shayna Bell started her mobile notary business in 2020 named SA Bell Mobile Signing Services when she went back to school to obtain her Master Degree in Business Administration. She’s passionate about helping others launch and grow their notary business.
