Our story began long before THE HELLO LLC officially came to life. Together, Tara and David bring more than 45+ years of combined executive experience and over a decade of advanced post-graduate education. Tara spent 25 years in corporate operations, systems, and management, where she led large-scale implementations and designed operational frameworks that improved efficiency and team performance. David spent 23 years in business development, marketing, and executive management, working alongside leaders to build, scale, and reposition organizations for long-term success.
Together, we’ve worked with businesses of all sizes, from small boutique firms to Fortune 500 companies such as American Airlines, General Electric, HP, and more. Regardless of size, we noticed a common pattern, both within the companies we worked for and the clients we served: There was a lack of automated systems, clarity, and operational support. Teams were constantly overwhelmed, performing the work of two or three people. Budgets were tight, hiring more help wasn’t always an option, and leadership teams were stretched thin trying to grow without the proper infrastructure. Many business owners had the vision but lacked the systems and strategy to make that vision sustainable. We experienced those same frustrations firsthand: working long hours, juggling multiple priorities, doing the work of 2-3 positions, and realizing that even large corporations struggled with inefficiency and burnout.
After decades of helping other companies succeed, we decided to build something of our own, a company designed to help modern business owners stop burning out and start building smarter. That’s how THE HELLO LLC was born.
Next May will mark our 10-year anniversary, but the foundation of our journey began with a turning point. We were two highly successful corporate executives who had grown tired of building someone else’s dream while feeling undervalued for what we brought to the table. That realization led us to create our first company, HELLO Wellness, which stood for Helping Everyone Live Life Optimally. We began by helping ourselves and others improve their quality of life through nutrition, mindset, and leadership – including ours. During those early years, we invested heavily in personal and professional development, spending several hours and dollars refining our leadership, communication, and skillset. We built large, successful teams and impacted thousands of lives, all while still navigating corporate life.
But even then, we kept running into the same challenges: disorganization, lack of systems, and limited resources to scale. Out of sheer necessity, we began building our own systems using tools and technologies that were already available to the public. When others started asking how we did it, and if we could build similar systems for their businesses – THE HELLO LLC officially took shape.
We incorporated in 2019 and began focusing our efforts on helping businesses establish efficient systems, automation, and AI agents, while also creating interactive Web3 Metaverse experiences. Today, THE HELLO LLC stands for Helping Enterprises Leverage Leading-Edge Optimizations.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Smooth? Not exactly. However, every challenge has shaped who we are and how THE HELLO LLC operates today.
When we stepped out of corporate America and into entrepreneurship, we didn’t do it blindly, we knew it would require a completely different mindset. That’s why, even before we started, we invested thousands of hours in leadership, communication, and personal development to prepare for that shift. We both operated like individual brands within our corporate careers, managing teams, projects, and outcomes without the systems or support most people expect. We learned how to lead, execute, and deliver results in environments that often lacked clarity, structure, or efficiency. So when it came time to build our own business, we knew that if we could do it all inside corporate America, we could certainly do it for ourselves.
Still, the transition came with its own growing pains. Building a company from the ground up meant creating everything from scratch: our systems, our branding, our technology, and our client base. We were no longer part of a massive corporate structure with their bank account to rely on; we were it – all of it! Strategist, marketer, operator, designer, tech support … you name it, we did it.
One of our biggest challenges was educating small business owners about the importance of systems and automation. Many thought automation meant replacing people, but our mission has always been to help businesses support their people better through technology. To reduce burnout, increase productivity, create sustainability and balance. It took patience, persistence, and proof to show that AI and automation weren’t just for large corporations, but vital tools for small teams ready to grow and scale.
We also made sacrifices—financially, personally, professionally, and emotionally. We gave up corporate comforts, steady paychecks, and the daily conveniences that once came easy. There were long nights, countless reinvestments, and moments where every decision carried real weight. But those sacrifices became the foundation of our success. They gave us perspective, humility, and the drive to help others build freedom and structure into their own businesses.
Looking back, the road hasn’t been smooth, but it’s been deeply fulfilling. Every setback became a stepping stone, every obstacle a lesson. The long hours, the risks, and the sacrifices were the price of purpose … and they’ve allowed us to build a company rooted not just in innovation, but in empathy, resilience, and lived experience.
