Hi Thomas , thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My wife and I always had a love for coffee and with my 12 years of experience in the coffee industry, we thought it would be perfect to share and learn with the community we chose to open our coffee shop at.
I understand what it takes to make great coffee but the experience as well as figuring out what each customer really desires is where our passion is at. We believe there is no wrong cup of coffee. If we can make it and you love it we are all for it.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
There were many obstacles along the way. Managing and operating the business is tough but also growing your brand so customers will want to come back was a learning process.
This was our first business venture me and wife started and we were learning through the entire process.
Our determination to learn and improve helped us tremendously as well as our great community in cypress that showed continued support.

Our coffee shop specializes in high quality espresso and single origin coffee that we can prepare over drip coffee or specialty brewing equipment.
We also serve cold brew, teas, sandwiches and pastries.
Our coffee shop evolves around community and learning. We are always striving to improve our quality and service as well as introduce new things that come into the coffee industry.
What’s next?
Currently we are focused on growing and developing our 2 locations in Cypress and Fulshear. We haven’t had much thought into expanding any further as we want to make sure we can maintain our quality of service and products with our current locations.
