Hi Tina, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Waxi Taxi Spa started mobile; in just a few years, we graduated to having a location with an additional Esthetician, which is where we are today! In the beginning, I (Tina) was a solo Esthetician. Honestly, I did not foresee what we have been blessed with in my wildest dreams. I saw the basics and the NOW, but my husband and clients saw way more. It is because of their visions that we are where we are today. I Was pushed out of my comfort zone, which helped Waxi Taxi Spa thrive into what it has become today.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
The road has given us a few sharp turns, but the redirection has been nice! Struggles that I’m sure many of businesses encounter when growth happens, you have growing pains! Learning how to let people in, learning how to let go of control, learning how to teach and grow others without focusing so much on self-growth was a sharp turn for sure.
