Today we’d like to introduce you to Tony Hayes.
Hi Tony, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I’ve been in the restaurant industry for a while working with multiple chain restaurants and catering companies. However, coming from New Orleans cooking and creating your identity it’s in your bloodline. It’s been a long at times frustrating journey, but those experiences created the culture that resonates in Classic Eats.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It’s never been extremely hard but frustrating, when you have a gift to see the future and your own circle set lamination on your growth. That made it a challenge and a mission for me to put my head down and work with everyone.
Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Classic Eats?
I’m the owner of Classic Eats restaurant in Burien, Washington. Classic Eats feature: Classic Catering, Classic Meal Prep as well as providing our fan base with an online store providing them with our latest swag and sauces.
I am also the owner of “Everyday is Monday” Energy Drinks (www.edmonday.com). Our main aim is to make people reach their true potential by providing them with high-quality energy drinks so they can have the slight edge they need in their professional career or every day.
Moreover, we want to decrease the possibility of any risks involved in using typical energy drinks already present in the market.
Are there any books, apps, podcasts or blogs that help you do your best?
There’s an astronomical amount of information out there that helps me develop and grow. However, I truly find inspiration, motivation and passion in starting new ventures.
