Today we’d like to introduce you to Veronica Jaime.
Hi Veronica, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I’m an Executive of our financial firm and have offices through the US. We train and mentor entrepreneurs wanting to get in the financial industry. I got started in the industry in 2006 when a friend of mine invited me to attend a corporate overview, but instead, I send my husband because I was a court employee and thought I wanted to continue my path in law. Five years later, I joined my husband in business and became passionate about impacting and changing lives with our products and services, and here we are 17 years later, a proud millionaire Latina leading an organization of over 800 licensed agent and educating families on their finances.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
No, no entrepreneurship has an easy road. Especially being Latina and a women in finance. Your passion better be big to push through others saying No or not believing in you if not, you’ll kill your dreams with if only I could have.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
My husband and I work together, we provide Free Financial Education by assisting individuals, families, and businesses in planning for their financial future. Money protection + life protection and business opportunity. We are always looking for people who are open to an opportunity. We build independent agents who can then change and impact others. What sets us apart is we want no family to be left behind with financial education and we provide it for free. Not one shoe fits everyone so we work with many companies.
What was your favorite childhood memory?
Traveling with my parents. My parents held two jobs but they always made sure we would take family vacations three times a year.
