The 90-Day Journey to Mindfulness Journal was created as a stand-alone self-help template for becoming more mindful, present, and aware.
Life is all about self-discovery and reawakening to who we are. This is how it all started for me. The journey of self-discovery can be both exciting and intimidating. Like many, I found myself trapped in a cycle of sadness and loneliness, feeling as if the weight of the world was resting on my shoulders. This state persisted until one pivotal moment when I discovered how to implement the 90-Day Journey to Mindfulness Journal-ing technique before creating it and becoming an Amazon Best Seller in only days of making it public. Although addressing my weaknesses felt overwhelming, I knew it was time for a positive change.
During the initial process, I learned that recognizing my weaknesses was the essential first step on my path to healing. The proccess structure encouraged deep reflection, not just on unhealthy behaviors but also on the underlying patterns I had accumulated over the years. One significant breakthrough occurred when I confronted unresolved issues from relationships in my past. I understood how self-doubt and fear of failure had shaped my reactions and decisions.
For example, I realized I often avoided new opportunities at work due to fear of judgment, stemming from a critical manager in my previous job. This kind of reflection helped me see that confronting these weaknesses felt similar to having an overdue operation—painful but necessary for progress.
I created the templates based on the way my mind began to work to understand things from an entirely different point of view. By working through my anger, pain, loss, etc., with the templates, which eventually landed in the journal, my life changed drastically. This isn’t only about self-love and boundaries. This has to do with a person as a whole. The journal breaks down your triggers, where you may have missed a step or could use some time in nature.
Who is this service for and who is it probably not a good fit for?

The journal and the consultation packages are for those willing to connect with me and do the real and honest work. I’m a firm believer that when we help ourselves, we help one another as we are connected.
It’s crucial to recognize that change is not just a goal but a natural process that unfolds beautifully when you commit to personal growth. Through the 3-month plan, clients discover strength in vulnerability and learn the importance of protecting their 4-realms and energy. Instead of fearing change, they begin to embrace it.
The coaching journey coupled with the journal will not only empower clients to release the chains of the past but also open doors to future opportunities. I found that about 70% of people who actively pursue personal development report feeling more fulfilled in their lives, and I felt this fulfillment blossom within me.
