Hidden Gems: Meet Ayo Jeremiah of Leoserv Inc.

Today we’d like to introduce you to Ayo Jeremiah.

Hi Ayo, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I am Ayo Jeremiah, a business marketing strategist, success coach, and philanthropist who’s social and business networks extend to many countries all over the world. I believe you are meant to succeed in life, business, relationships, and health while living a meaningful life in every way possible and maximizing your potential. My story starts out with myself and my family migrating to the U.S.A in the early ’90s and I struggled so hard to fit in because I had a thick accent and didn’t have the coolest Nike shoes, clothes and a church deacon gave my brother and I haircuts that even the bus driver and lunch lady chuckled at. As a pastor’s kid, I tried so hard to fit in which led me into a series of decisions that I regret today but those same decisions turned from regret into a mission to empower others while living a life of purpose. I struggled early in life with understanding my purpose and vision and that created a path of stagnation in finances, career, business, health and relationships. I was driving nowhere fast. I burned a lot of bridges. I broke a lot of hearts. I lost so much in my twenties because I just didn’t know my purpose or have a vision.

After years of jumping from one job to the other, spending a night in jail for a crime I didn’t commit, having a 420 credit score, battling addictions and going through a divorce; I decided to IGNITE MY FUTURE. Meaning, I decided that in order to have a bright and burning future, I needed to light up my current situation. I IGNITED MY FUTURE! I discovered and unlocked an ancient secret and within 24 months, my life and business exploded with immense success and purpose. I learned how to unlock hidden talents and habits within myself that catapulted me into a higher sense of living. I discovered that to achieve something that you have never achieved, then you must be willing to try something that you have never tried. My mission now is to empower individuals, businesses and organizations to define their ideal future and then create a complete interactive approach that unlocks that full potential. I now live in financial freedom, travel all over the world and happily re-married with three kids.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It has not been a smooth road at all. As a matter of fact, I always tell people that sometimes when you go through so much fire, you become immune to the fire and ultimately you become FIRE yourself if it doesn’t kill you. I think the most important factor in anyone’s story and journey to success is to NOT LET THE FIRE CONSUME YOU. My biggest struggle which I realized years later was “wanting to be accepted”. As a kid, I wanted to fit in so bad and be accepted by others that I stole money from church to go buy Nike shoes. As a teen, I wanted to be accepted to badly, that I decided talking and acting like the cool kids even though not all of them had good intentions. As a young adult, I wanted to be accepted by my peers, that I spent years jumping from one relationship to the other. I had countless intimate encounters with various girls just to go brag to my friends about it. At my various jobs, I wanted to be accepted so much that I would find shortcuts just to show that I was capable of doing the job. I once quit a six-figure job because my manager and I butted heads on numerous occasions, which partially was always by my doing. I struggled in faith, in my health, in finances, in relationships and all aspects of life because I didn’t know my purpose or vision. Once i realized my “WHY” everything became clear and it catapulted me into a life of peace, purpose and passion.

#1. Not only achieving my goals but exceeding them. Knowing that every single thing that I set my mind to, comes to fruition. Whether it’s purchasing a dream car, or house, or vacation to pragmatic goals like losing weight or learning a new skill, things like that drive me wild and full of gratitude and life’s satisfaction.
