Hi Caleb, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Texas Brewery Tours was founded to provide beer lovers a fun, safe experience visiting local breweries while promoting and supporting local businesses in the community. Miguel (Mic Check) and I both enjoyed drinking the craft beer and experiencing the breweries in Conroe, TX. We thought about how great it would be to experience all these great locations in a single day without having to worry about driving. Thus, the idea for Texas Brewery Tours (T.B.T) was born. It began in June of 2020, Mic and I just started showing up to the different breweries and asking who we could speak to about this idea. The breweries quickly came on board as they saw the potential and the need for the service in the area.
After months of research, prep work and Shuttle hunting, we were able to officially launch T.B.T on February 28th, 2021. After several months of operation, the business quickly grew and requests for winery tours kept coming in. T.B.T expanded to include winery tours in May of 2021. As our business continues to grow and we create new relationships with additional breweries, wineries, meaderies and distilleries, we look forward to becoming a one stop shop for Adult tours of all kinds.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Surprisingly, it has been a pretty smooth road so far. The breweries quickly hopped on board and were able to help us make the connections necessary to start the business. Our relationship with the local Margaritaville on Lake Conroe, allowed us to start making bookings without a lot of advertisement expenses in the early months of operation. It would be wrong to say there have not been struggles along the way but as with everything in life we learn to adapt and problem solve to overcome the struggles pit against us. We are blessed to have had the smooth road of getting where we are today, but we are always vigilant of potential bumps in the future.

The name Texas Brewery Tours is a bit misleading because we now have options that include breweries, wineries, distilleries, meaderies, and even bar crawls. T.B.T specializes in providing unique public tours that allow tourists to experience amazing craft drinks from a number of different locations. We also specialize in coordinating the perfect Private Tour for groups, businesses, and celebrations. I think what sets us apart from other companies similar to ours is our dedication to the local community.
We pride ourselves on supporting the community any way we can and enjoy being able to highlight the different Experiences/Craft Libations our community has to offer. We also pride ourselves on going above and beyond for our clients. From taking an unscheduled stop for bathroom breaks to including a bottle of champagne for the lovely bachelorettes. We’d love to hear about any fond memories you have from when you were growing up?
Christmas was always an important holiday in our house. My favorite part was trying to find the hidden presents before they were wrapped.
Every year, my parents would go shopping early to get our presents. When they would leave the house I would spend all day looking for the hidden presents. My parents had to change hiding spots several times because I kept discovering them. If I found them, on Christmas day I would “guess” every present right before I opened it and everyone would think I was some kind of psychic. It still makes me smile to think about it.
