Hi Eric, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself
I was born and raised in Independence Heights in Harris County before settling in Katy, TX. Living in different diverse communities gave me an opportunity to build an extensive network and form great relationships with wonderful people and businesses throughout the city and surrounding areas.
One of the most important aspects of my real estate career, is assisting others in achieving the goal of homeownership. I enjoy showcasing the outstanding architecture that Harris County has to offer from Craftsman-style bungalows to ultra-modern high-rises.
My experience hasn’t always been in real estate. I spent over twenty years as a Sr. Geoscience Associate managing oil & gas data, assisting hundreds of oil and gas professionals within some of the cities top energy producing companies. My interest before oil & gas was as one of the city’s top independent recording producers where I mentored many of the city’s top recording artists. It is only natural that I was able to combine my love of Harris County and numerous connections to develop a successful real estate business.
My new venture EM Logistics Services LLC is a delivery and courier service and also home of Personal Disinfectant Services providing COVID-19 disinfectants for homes and businesses.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
The road was just a bit rocky, learning new things take effort and commitment. Any rocks in the roads were welcomed, lessons learned.

We are also home of Personal Disinfectant Services providing COVID-19 disinfectant fogging for your home and businesses. We use U.S. Environmental Protections Agency registered product (List N). We pride ourselves in being efficient and dependable!
What were you like growing up?
Growing up, I was always outgoing, the cool kid with a lot of friends. As a kid, I knew I wanted to own a business. I had no idea what kind of business, and definitely didn’t think of juggling multiple businesses.
