Today we’d like to introduce you to Gracia & Adriana.
Hi Gracia & Adriana , so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
Adriana and I met over twelve years ago while volunteering. Through those years, we discovered our shared passion for education, service, and helping others grow. Without realizing it, we were building the foundation of what would later become our own project.
In May of this year, we officially launched AG. What started as years of friendship and volunteering turned into a business where we support Latino entrepreneurs who want to grow on Instagram — without needing tech expertise or complicated strategies.
Our goal is simple: to teach people how to sell with authenticity and clarity, using tools that actually work. AG may be new as a business, but it carries over a decade of shared experience, service, and a deep desire to continue helping others — now through education, digital tools, and strategy.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. For many years, both Adriana and I balanced family, personal commitments, and our passion for serving others through volunteering. When we first launched AG, our original idea was to manage social media for other businesses. But we quickly realized that this service was too expensive for micro-entrepreneurs and not very sustainable for us either. That’s when we shifted our focus — instead of doing it for them, we decided to equip entrepreneurs with the tools and strategies to do it themselves. We believe firmly that “those who learn don’t depend.”
Another challenge was more personal: learning to let go of the guilt. When we first became mothers, all of our focus was on our homes, our children, and our families. Now that our kids are older — two of them already in college — we’ve been able to turn the focus back on ourselves and say, “Yes, I can.” The years of volunteering kept us active, but they also carried the doubts: Will people trust us? Will our work really make a difference?
Learning to translate more than a decade of volunteering into a professional project required courage, countless hours of learning, and a lot of faith in the process. Those struggles shaped AG into what it is today: a space where we continue to help others, now by empowering entrepreneurs with the knowledge to grow their own businesses with confidence.
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
At AG, we specialize in helping Latino entrepreneurs grow their presence on Instagram in a way that feels simple, authentic, and sustainable. We don’t just post for our clients — instead, we give them the tools, strategies, and confidence to create their own content and connect with their audience. We believe that when someone learns, they no longer depend, and that’s what makes our approach unique.
What sets us apart is our background. For over a decade, Adriana and I volunteered as teachers, mentors, and community leaders. That experience taught us how to explain things simply, meet people where they are, and turn complicated ideas into clear steps. We brought that same spirit into AG.
We’re most proud of creating a brand that’s approachable and empowering. Many entrepreneurs feel intimidated by social media or think it’s “not for them.” Through our workshops, digital tools, and hands-on training, we show them that they can do it — and that their story deserves to be seen.
At the end of the day, AG is more than a business; it’s a community. We’re building a space where entrepreneurs don’t just learn how to use Instagram — they learn to believe in their business, their voice, and their ability to grow.
Who else deserves credit in your story?
We definitely wouldn’t be here without the support of many people. First, our families — our husbands and children have been our biggest cheerleaders. They encouraged us when we doubted ourselves and gave us the space to pursue AG, especially as our kids grew older.
We’re also deeply grateful for our community of friends and colleagues who believed in our vision from the very beginning. And of course, our students and clients — they trusted us when AG was just an idea, and they continue to inspire us every day.
Another huge part of our journey is our team. We work with young, talented freelancers — designers, editors, and creative professionals who are not only brilliant at what they do but also carry inspiring personal stories. Some of them are helping their parents pay the bills at home, others are single moms, and many are strong, driven women who want to move forward. We are so proud and thankful to have them with us.
And above all, we give thanks to God. He has never abandoned us. Through every challenge, every doubt, and every new step, we’ve felt His guidance. AG was born out of service, and we see it as a way to keep serving with the talents He has given us.
