Hateem, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Ever since I was a child, cars have been a passion of mine. I’ve been in the automotive industry since 2011 and founded Auto Glow six years ago. One of my earliest memories is washing cars as a kid and genuinely enjoying every part of it. That early experience motivated me to start a business built around something I truly love. Seeing the transformation in a vehicle before and after our work and then witnessing our clients’ reactions when they see their car for the first time after an Auto Glow service is still the most rewarding part of what we do.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. Like most businesses, we started with limited capital and cash flow, which meant a lot of trial and error in choosing the most efficient equipment, machines, chemicals, and tools. Another challenge was hiring the right people and developing a step by step process to service vehicles efficiently. Most importantly, we focused on finding customers and consistently delivering a high level of service so they would not only be satisfied, but become long term, loyal clients.

Auto Glow is a Houston based mobile car wash and detailing service. We bring the car wash to you whether you’re at home or at work for maximum convenience. Our fully equipped mobile units include onboard water and electricity, allowing you to run errands, finish chores, or simply relax while we give your vehicle a complete glow up.
