Hi Karen, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
Clean Homes USA started right after the pandemic back in November 2020. We are a commercial and residential cleaning company that offers a full service like: carpet cleaning, tile cleaning, air duct cleaning, maid services, move in/out cleaning, etc My idea was to generate job opportunities in my area for unemployed people because of the pandemic. This is a business where I didn’t have to invest a lot of money and it’s very profitable.
My main goal is to keep generating jobs and to become a nationwide company.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The first months our biggest struggle was to find clients. Since we were just starting, we didn’t have enough reviews or enough pictures to show our work. But that changed over time after more and more people started using our services.

We’re also offering training for people who want to start their own businesses. We’re teaching them how to start it and also how to operate the equipment for carpet and tile cleaning.
The crisis has affected us all in different ways. How has it affected you and any important lessons or epiphanies you can share with us?
That you can have a great job, but you can lose everything n a blink of an eye. So you have to be ready for something like this
