Hidden Gems: Meet Krzysztof (Chris) Wach of Fusion Auto Salon – Ceramic Pro

Today we’d like to introduce you to Krzysztof (Chris) Wach.

Hi Krzysztof (Chris), we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
Born in Poland and emigrated to the United States in 1983, and became a naturalized citizen in 1991. Have lived in Sugar Land / Richmond since 1987 and consider this area home.

For years I have found cleaning and organizing to be therapeutic, and when I started detailing professionally in 2013 — when I began working with my good friend Koshi who I now consider my mentor in the detailing world — and I was in the right place at the right time when Koshi became the first one in Texas or in Houston to install Ceramic Pro, the world’s most durable and comprehensive surface protection.

One of the first cars we coated was a custom Honda S2000 which won “Grand Prize Overall” at Hot Import Nights car show at George R Brown Convention Center in March 2014.

I went solo around January 2019 and founded my company Fusion Auto Salon, and at first just did basic washes and detailing and mobile service.

In August of 2020, I became a Ceramic Pro certified installer. That December I had zero reviews on Google, and today I have over 130 and a 5.0 rating.

This makes me the highest rated Ceramic Pro certified installer in Fort Bend County!

I had an excellent teacher and im passionate about what I do, so I want to keep that rating going.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Amazing story actually. Normally to become certifed by Ceramic Pro, you submit an application telling how you plan on growing the brand in the area. Then you hope you get a call from headquarters in San Diego. If you get the call and are approved then fly out to Cali to take classes for 3 days.

I got that call and told the rep about how I worked with Koshi, and the award winning S2000, and after an hour 44 minute conversation, they certified me over the phone right then and there.

I may be one of the only certified installers for Ceramic Pro that did not have to go take the class. Koshi and I were pioneers of some of the install processes that are utilized by installers and Elite Dealers all over North America.

Quite an honor and very humbling. I am grateful and blessed to have this support system.

Specialize in paint correction, surface restoration and surface protection — i am known for ceramic coating protection for virtually any surface, primarily auto, marine and aviation industry.

Ceramic Pro has available Lifetime Warranty that shows on the vehicle’s Carfax report and is transferable to next owner if vehicle is sold.

We basically offer 3 packages: Bronze, Silver and Gold, which have 2 year, 5 year and Lifetime Warranty. All packages have windows and wheels similarly coated and primary difference in protection level is on the paintwork:

Bronze – 1 layer Ceramic Pro Top Coat

Silver – 1 layer Ceramic Pro 9H, then 1 layer Top Coat

Gold – 4 layers 9H, then 1 layer Top Coat
