Hidden Gems: Meet Micah Haarhoff of Revolution Powersports Sales

Today we’d like to introduce you to Micah Haarhoff.

Hi Micah, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I actually started as an apprentice in the offroad industry. I learned the basics hands on, grew into a tech, and really got to understand machines, customers, and the pace of the industry from the ground up. From there I started flipping units out of my driveway. That phase taught me how to buy smart, recondition efficiently, and build customer trust with limited resources.

Over time the volume grew and the demand grew, and that eventually led to opening the dealership. It has been a wild ride and I have learned a lot at every stage. Each step built on the last, from turning wrenches to running deals in a driveway to building a full scale operation with systems, people, and structure.

Today I focus on growing the business, building strong teams, and creating a culture where people can perform at a high level. The journey has been anything but traditional, but it has shaped how I lead and how I build everything I am involved in.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It has definitely not been a smooth road. I have had the full range of challenges that come with building a business from nothing. I have dealt with partnerships that fell apart, personal challenges like divorce, employees who were not aligned, and even situations involving theft. On top of that you have the normal day to day issues that come with scaling any business, especially in a fast moving industry.

Every one of those challenges forced me to level up as a leader. I had to learn how to protect the business, how to build stronger systems, how to hire better, and how to hold people accountable without burning them out. The tough seasons pushed me to tighten processes, remove the wrong people, and double down on the right ones.

So it has not been smooth, but I would not trade it. Those struggles built the structure, discipline, and resilience that the business runs on today. They were hard in the moment, but they shaped the way I lead and the way I build.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
Revolution Powersports is a pre owned powersports dealership specializing in parts, service, and sales. What sets us apart is how easy we make it to do business with us. I tell people we are the Amazon Prime of the dealership world. Fast, transparent, and predictable. Customers know exactly what to expect every time.

We buy, sell, service, and deliver units with a focus on speed, quality, and clear communication. Everything is done in house so we control the experience from start to finish. Our systems and culture are built around consistency and trust, which is why so much of our business comes from repeat customers and referrals.

At the end of the day our goal is simple. Make the process incredibly easy, stand behind what we do, and give people a level of service they did not know a dealership could deliver. On top of that we delivery nationwide and even across countries.

Before we let you go, we’ve got to ask if you have any advice for those who are just starting out?
My biggest advice for anyone starting out is to focus on discipline and consistency before anything else. Skill matters, but your habits are what build the business. Show up every day , and learn every part of what you are stepping into.

I wish I understood earlier how important people and systems are. The right people will take you far and the wrong people will drain you. Build your processes like you plan to scale from day one. It saves you years of headaches.

Setbacks are part of it. Partnerships fall apart, employees leave, mistakes happen. You cannot avoid any of that. The key is to learn from each one and use it to level up. Every hard moment forces growth if you do not run from it.

Do not wait for confidence. Start with action. Confidence comes from reps, not from having everything figured out first.

Build your business to be sellable even if you never plan to sell it. Systems and processes are your safety net and they keep everyone accountable. Hire slow, fire fast, and build a culture where everyone actually believes in the core values and the vision. When the whole team is aligned, everything else gets easier.

Finally, Delegation is key. Let the people in charge run the business. Don’t micro manage
