Hi Min, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I was born and raised in South Korea. I had an opportunity to come to America at the age of 16 by myself.
I started living with relatives i met once. Starting 9th grade without knowing too much English was definitely a challenge
It was after 5 years I was able to live again with my parents who decided to move to America for better opportunity for all of us.
To help my parents who opened Grocery store to financially support the family I was there help them any way I can
whether it was to placed an order or at bank opening the account
Moved to Seattle for College where I met husband Mike. I instantly knew he would be the one I was going to be with and decided after 4 years of staying together, we decided to move back to Houston to seek jobs. At first, He worked as technician working on appliance repairs and I was still helping my parents trying to figure out what I want to do
we got married and our idea of always wanting to open our own restaurant started running through our mind again.
first we bought old seafood business, learned ins and outs, didn’t get to pay our bills from the revenue but experiences we had was worth it. we had to be courageous and take the risk so opened another seafood restaurant closer to our house. built from scratch, got pregnant with first child, Alexander who now is 7years old. so many customers will encourage us and supported our little family. Worked almost 12 to 14 hours everyday until the day I went to the hospital to give a birth. 2 years later, I was pregnant with my 2nd child. Still working long hours at work. I missed my babies first walk, first smile, first talk…..
5 years flew by and my husband and I had to take another adventure and try something very different.
We always talked about bringing what we used to love growing up and start something new here in America
and that was Korean Corn Dog
Every Kids will remember a day on the way back from school to grab corn dog from little street markets
and just like our old days, we wanted to have a place to enjoy our favorite corn dogs
in the back of our seafood kitchen, we started experimenting different combinations of flours and mixes to come up with our own, then fillings, then toppings and after about 6 months, we had what we need
We started our first krazydog location on Barker Cypress in November, 2021, opened 2nd in 2023, 3rd on August, 2024
waiting to open 4th location in just about 2 months.
Ever since we started our first location in 2021, I honestly don’t know how time passed by after all these hardworking hours and tears.
We just celebrated our 2nd child Lucas 5th birthday yesterday.
As much as I feel super guilty about leaving my kids on stroller with youtubes while we were both working on our feet, I can now say that my hardworking didn’t go to waste and I am proud of who I am being able to take this far with the family support.
Now days, I am able to greet my kids coming back from school, I can take them to swimming lessons,
things that typical parents will provide, I am finally able to do so.
Of course all of this didn’t happen overnight, but I know hard work pays off soon or later as long as you put your mind into it. and any point in my life, I don’t regret
I know I am not the writer type so my story is all over the place

We sell Korean Corn dogs, with different fillings and toppings.
Unlike the typical Corn meal batter with hot dog inside
Our place offers 5 different fillings, plain hot dog to Combination of meat and cheese
not to mention types of toppings we are able to do to customize your corn dog the way you like it.
Our favorite corn dog is volcano with cheese fillings and potato where you have fried potato cubes on the outside with drizzle of homemade krazy sauce.
Do you any memories from childhood that you can share with us?
I would walk home from school, and corn dog is something I would enjoy with my friends
looking back, it’s been the best time I can still remember and talk about
