Hi Neelofer, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Grew up in family business, Pioneer in introducing Facility Management as an industry in Pakistan where people didn’t understand this business. Set up the first female owned & operated FM services company serving as a platform to provide jobs to the marginalized communities. grew 4X in 12 years, Managed 450+ employees.
I mentor and coach start ups at boot camps. Philanthropist, serving at the board of Together For Right Trust – TFRT.
A strategic business leader with over 2 decades of experience in leading and increasing growth in SMEs and corporate business model, with the background of Human resource, business management, organizational development and supply chain management. A philanthropist by heart bridging the gap between communities. I am committed to practice core values in business, family and culture. Begin my career in 1998 with Diplomatic missions and donors like USAID & Canadian International Development Agency, focusing on Development and further diversified into corporate hospitality and telecom sector In countries like Pakistan and Afghanistan.
I live in Houston, Texas with my two most beautiful beings, a daughter Shehzel Kazmi and son Shahzain Kazmi, who fill my life with their happiness and laughter. My journey from corporate to SME began when I launched my first female owned facility management business in Pakistan, Noha Global Services Pvt. Ltd, which later, diversified into one of the leading Human resource staffing business creating jobs platform for marginalized communities like women, youth and Transgenders. In 2010, NOHA added the supply chain portfolio and became one of the top United Nation’s Global Market Place supplier. In 2016, NOHA health care staffing business was formed in Texas, USA.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?

Personally, I have spent a lot of time and effort in trying to understand the future of FM through numerous research projects, white papers, articles, discussions and workshops, all focusing on providing a better understanding of the Future of FM (and some of its sub-components) and educating the market in providing insight into some of the key defining trends and developments. So I feel I have a certain understanding of where the FM industry is heading and I certainly have a big passion and a strong point-of-view, which I feel compelled to share.

What are your plans for the future?
I intend to expand my business advisory network and help small-medium businesses’ economy to grow. Bringing International workforce talent in health care industry USA helping the immigrants diversified community, Setting Facility Management training academies all over Pakistan and Encouraging blue collar work force to join Facility management as a career.
