Hi Niki, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I was a single mom who wanted more than what I had and I wanted to give my son something that I didn’t have… security. I decided to follow my dreams and get into real estate. From there I learned the business, became a manager at my last brokerage then left to start my own Brokerage. After being in real estate for a few years I saw what was out there as far as brokerages and I knew I could make something better. I started Full Circle Texas and grew it pretty fast. Within a year and a half we had over 30 agents, all of them capping out and growing into amazing agents. The secret of Full Circle isn’t anything other than having amazing people. We aren’t just a normal brokerage, we have one of the smallest caps out there and we give back 5x more to our agents than any other brokerage out there. We are a family
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Not at all lol. When I first began my real estate career I was working full time as a Director in the golf course industry. I was working a TON! I will never forget, I came home one day and told my 14 year old Son that I had to go back into the office after dinner. He said to me, “that’s not anything new you’re always working and never home.” The next day I quit my full time job and started real estate full time. This was in November and we all know how slow those months are. Well I didn’t plan not having an income and after 2 months of no sales and no money I almost had to file bankruptcy until it finally clicked and I had 3 sales in just one week and then we were okay!
As you know, we’re big fans of Full Circle Texas. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
We are a Houston based Real Estate Brokerage. We opened the brokerage during Covid and we specialize in residential and land sales. Our Agents set us apart from Everyone else, we care about our clients!

Can you talk to us about how you think about risk?
Absolutely! The biggest risk I ever took was quitting my full time job to be in real estate full time. Even though it was scary and I almost failed, I came out stronger in the end!
