Today we’d like to introduce you to Sonia Medrano.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I was born and raised in El Salvador until the age of 21.
Coming to America and leaving my hometown El Salvador at the age of 21 was not easy. Not speaking the language and having to adjust to a whole different culture was a challenge, but today, I understand God’s plan and why he brought me here. I always knew I was destined for something great but I did not ever think I would of blossomed into a serial entrepreneur in Houston.
As an entrepreneur, I want to connect with people so that I can expand my professional network and at the same time help others. My mission is create a better world by inspiring, motivating, and developing entrepreneurial leaders from diverse backgrounds.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
I believe that every obstacle I have faced has not been a failure but a learning experience. Life is a journey filled with, experiences, hardships, heartaches, joys, celebrations and special moments that will ultimately lead us to our destination, our purpose in life. The road will not always be smooth; in fact, throughout our travels, we will encounter many challenges.
Some of these challenges will test our courage, strengths, weaknesses, and faith. Along the way, we may stumble upon obstacles that will come between the paths that we are destined to take.
In order to follow the right path, we must overcome these obstacles. Sometimes these obstacles are really blessings in disguise, only we don’t realize that at the time.
Along our journey we will be confronted with many situations, some will be filled with joy, and some will be filled with heartache. How we react to what we are faced with determines what kind of outcome the rest of our journey through life will be like.

Our mission is to connect, educate and inspire a diverse community of Entrepreneurs. We collaborated events with other organizations and volunteer opportunities with local nonprofits. Our goal is to cultivate an environment where you can learn from and connect with others.
