Today we’d like to introduce you to Stacey Butler.
Hi Stacey, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
After 18 years of working in Corporate, I decided that I wanted to try something new and launch my own coaching practice. I have always had a passion for helping and inspiring others and coaching was a way for me to do just that. My experience in business and my passion for education have led me to the path I am on.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
Finding success in life and business is rarely a straightforward path. As an entrepreneur, you will have challenges. It’s not about not having them, as this is where we will find the most growth in ourselves and in our business. In the beginning, I struggled with my ideal client and how I was going to help them achieve their goals. I also didn’t have a specific plan on how and where I wanted to go with my business. This led to non-productive time and in-action. And this last year, I had to take a step back in my business, as I was diagnosed with breast cancer and needed to focus on health and wellness.
As you know, we’re big fans of Stacey Butler Co.. For our readers who might not be as familiar, what can you tell them about the brand?
I am a System Strategist and Success Coach who serves Solopreneurs & Coaches who want to scale their businesses by simplifying and applying sustainable systems and processes. As the creator of “Simple & Apply™️ Business Success System™”, I have helped hundreds of clients by working with them to uncover their vision, get unstuck, and take empowered action towards their dreams. What sets me apart from other coaches is I help you blueprint your process, help you implement it, and keep you accountable so you get it done. Every business is different because as individuals we are different, our clients are different, and therefore, how we get things done will be different, and that is okay. My goal is to help you find a path forward that’s right for your unique life and business. I offer several different offerings and services, each is designed to help you where you are right now in your business.
If you had to, what characteristic of yours would you give the most credit to?
My success has been to keep moving forward and not give up even when it seems that the challenge is too big. You just need to break it down into bite-size manageable steps.
