Hidden Gems: Meet Stephanie Fry of Flory Team

Today we’d like to introduce you to Stephanie Fry.

Hi Stephanie, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
My drive and determination, really started when I had my daughter Sofia. I started as a struggling 23-year-old single mom… and knew I had to do something with myself for the both of us…that’s when I found myself in Real Estate.

At 26, I was offered a sales position working for new home builders and gained tremendous experience. It changed my perspective in operations, marketing, sales tactics, that helped grow my overall personal development.

Now, at 30; I reactivated my license and just accepted a Business Development position with the best real estate team I could ever ask for… The Flory Team! They provide Chick-Fil-A service to their clients with the Texas Hammer aggressiveness for all of their clients.

I’m excited to see where I can take this team with unlimited possibilities.

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road but I’ve learned SO MUCH through the years working with multiple companies with diverse backgrounds, different operation tactics and even managers. They all taught me something different that I truly could not have learned unless I experienced them myself and it was an eye-opener. These are the things that life throws at you, that you may never see coming… but later see them as a blessing in disguise. Every bump and pothole has molded me into a better, stronger, well-rounded Stephanie you see before you today. Now, I can gladly say that I’m with a Real Estate company that stands by me as I stand by them… that means a lot in this industry.

We’ve been impressed with Flory Team, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I am part of The Flory Team with RE/MAX Universal. My team leader, David Flory, began over 42 years ago, and our team is genuinely dedicated to each client and getting them to the closing table by using our expertise through each step of the process. Our focus on customer service along with our up-to-date knowledge and generations of experience sets us apart from other real estate organizations. We offer many unique programs for selling and buying. Sellers receive professional photography services, virtual tours, brochures, staging, and more, depending on the price point. We believe in creating a personal relationship with each client which has given us lifelong clients, even through multiple generations of their families!

So maybe we end on discussing what matters most to you and why?
What matters to me is quality. I surround myself with those that want to succeed together so we can all accomplish what we want together.

Family, friends and quality time matter to me.

My purpose and value of work matter to me.

And how I can give back to the world, matters to me.
