Hidden Gems: Meet Te’Lila Robinson of Full Circle Chiropractic and Wellness Center

Today we’d like to introduce you to Te’Lila Robinson.

Hi Te’Lila, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I got started in chiropractic because of a turning point in my own life. My sophomore year in college, I was in a bad auto collision, and afterward I began dealing with debilitating migraines. That experience introduced me to a chiropractor who not only helped me physically, but educated me on natural and holistic healthcare—how the body can heal when it’s supported properly. That knowledge played a major role in improving my migraines, and it sparked my passion for holistic health.

Over the years, as I practiced chiropractic, I realized I wasn’t just treating people—I was reaching and educating families across my community. The impact of that education became a big part of my purpose, and it inspired me to take the next step and open my own practice, Full Circle Chiropractic & Wellness Center, so I could reach and educate even more people. Today, I’m grateful that what started as my own healing journey turned into a mission to help others heal, recover, and thrive—especially after serious injury, spinal pain, auto accidents and work-related injuries.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It’s been a rewarding journey, but I wouldn’t call it completely smooth—and I think that’s true for most people building something meaningful. In the beginning, one of the biggest challenges was wearing multiple hats at once: being the provider while also managing operations, staffing, marketing, and billing. That stretched me, but it also forced me to build systems early and become more disciplined as a leader.

Another challenge was cash flow and navigating the realities of insurance—delays, denials, documentation requirements, and learning how to advocate for medically necessary care while keeping everything compliant and organized. I also learned a lot about hiring and culture. Building the right team isn’t just about skills; it’s about mindset, accountability, and how people show up under pressure.

What I’m proud of is that each obstacle pushed me to improve—stronger processes, clearer expectations, better patient communication, and a more scalable model. I’ve learned how to lead through challenges without lowering standards, and I’ve become more intentional about protecting culture while still growing.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about Full Circle Chiropractic and Wellness Center?
I’m Dr. Te’Lila Robinson, and I own Full Circle Chiropractic & Wellness Center in Missouri City, Texas. We’re a patient-centered clinic focused on helping people heal, recover, and return to living fully—whether that’s from everyday stress and chronic pain or more complex cases like auto accidents and workers’ compensation injuries.

What we’re known for is our injury-based care, especially for people who have been in collisions and don’t know where to start. We specialize in thorough evaluations, evidence-informed chiropractic care, rehabilitation, soft-tissue therapies, and supportive recovery services that help patients regain function and confidence—while also helping them navigate the documentation and care coordination side of injury cases. We’re also recognized for wellness-based chiropractic care for patients who want long-term stability, mobility, and prevention.

What sets us apart is that we don’t do “cookie-cutter” care. We combine clinical excellence with a whole-person approach—we educate patients, we track progress, and we tailor care plans to the individual. We’re very intentional about the patient experience: how people are greeted, how clearly we communicate, how organized we are, and how supported they feel from day one.

Brand-wise, I’m most proud of what Full Circle represents: Healing, Serving, and Educating the Community. It’s not just a tagline—it’s the culture. We’ve built a brand that patients trust because we’re consistent, we’re compassionate, and we’re professional. Our goal is for every patient to feel heard, cared for, and empowered with knowledge—not rushed through.

What I want readers to know is that Full Circle is more than a chiropractic clinic—it’s a recovery and wellness partner. Whether someone needs help after an accident, wants to improve their posture and mobility, or simply wants to feel better and function better, we’re here to provide a clear plan, real support, and results-driven care.

What do you like best about our city? What do you like least?
What I like best about Missouri City is the community. It has a family feel, it’s diverse, and people genuinely support local businesses. I also love how accessible everything is—you can build a strong life here without the nonstop rush of a bigger metro, but you’re still close to Houston when you need it.

What I like least is honestly the downside of growth—traffic and infrastructure catching up. As the city continues to expand, you feel it on the roads and in how quickly certain areas are developing. But I also see that as an opportunity: the more we grow intentionally—supporting local business, improving walkability, and continuing to invest in quality neighborhoods—the better it gets.
