Today we’d like to introduce you to Adriana Garcia.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I started photography as a hobby, which has always been my passion. As I got more serious, I realized that my mission was to be able to provide images that would last a lifetime.
Every picture has a memory that will be remembered throughout life, such as in family, weddings, graduations, and business branding portraits. Each event has accomplishments: graduating, owning your first business, taking your first family photos, and celebrating love.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
At the beginning of my career, photography took a lot of work to get into. One of the opposing concepts of photography is that you must have great equipment to succeed. However, I feel that it really doesn’t matter what you have. What matters is how you act in front of your clients and be able to have compassion.
Not every client or photographer will be perfect, but if we can listen and communicate well, we can have a very successful session. With that being said, throughout my entire career, I have learned that there will be obstacles, but if we can learn to focus on the most critical aspects of our lives, we can accomplish anything.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about A Sarahi Photography?
I currently have a photography business. However, I also work as a case manager for Rafie Douglas Abney Law. I love both of my jobs. I love that I can help others and provide memories to wonderful people. I specialize in many aspects of photography, such as family, weddings, headshots, and more.
What I am the proudest of is the woman I have become. I have accomplished so many goals that, as a little girl, I couldn’t imagine achieving, from having my own business to working in a bodily injury law firm is goals, and I still have many plans. One thing about me is that I won’t give up on myself.
Before we let you go, we’ve got to ask if you have any advice for those who are just starting out.
One thing I wish I knew when starting out is to have a balanced life.
Don’t be afraid, and don’t give up on your dreams. We all have different styles in photography; find the kind you love and stick to it. We all need time to recharge, don’t overwork yourself. Life is beautiful and needs to be enjoyed to the max.
