Hi Christian, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Hello Voyage! My name is Christian Luke. I was born and raised up north in Willis and currently live down here in city in the Heights area. I received my economics degree from the University of Houston in 2020. Toward the end of my college days, with my best friend and current business partner Anthony Todesco we started our company Amplified.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
We have definitely had our fair share of obstacles. I wouldn’t say it has been a particularly smooth road all of the time for us either. But this is okay! We are in the business of being problem solvers. The more you can solve problems for people/companies the more value you add.
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Here at Amplified we are a full-service real estate investment company. We currently specialize in investment management, private money lending, and home remodeling/home flipping. We believe in traditional proven methods as well as creative financing solutions to bring our investors very solid and returns. Our team has closed deals all over America so no property or area is off limits. Like mentioned earlier we are in the business of solving problems no matter how complex they may be.
Before we let you go, we’ve got to ask if you have any advice for those who are just starting out?
My advice would be to really dive in to your particular craft and give it your all. You have to be dialed in. I’ve come to learn that if a person wants to gain and sustain positive momentum that they are ultimately in control of doing that. It’s always going to be hard so get used to it! Also don’t be afraid to ask for help and shoot your shot at people that are in positions you want to be in. You never know what someone might do for you.
