My story is I was a girl from a small town known as Mccomb , Ms . I was always a book worm and the person that spoke out . At the age of 13 years old , I developed type 1 diabetes which led to later complications in my life such as surviving a diabetic coma in 4 days . At 18 years old, I started my first lash business which launched my entrepreneurial life . I left my hometown and relocated to Houston , Tx to start a different life outside of my small city . Shortly after I started networking and completing many certifications over the course of time including a diploma in business & entrepreneurship. I quickly evolved beyond Houston ,Tx and started other business endeavors such as a trucking dispatch company and entering the tax world .
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I have a challenging story hence being diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at 13 years old . At the age of 23, I went into a diabetic coma surviving by awakening within 4 days . My background with education wasn’t the best hence me dropping out of school at 17 years old due to health complications, I had little guidance on how to enter such corporate environments . The only thing I’ve ever known is God, perseverance and dedication so that’s what’s always been my motivation to keep going no matter what.
