Hi Johnathan, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
All The Things Salon Suites was a manifestation of destiny over many years of growth and gaining knowledge. All The Things is a commonly used phrase with my husband when we discuss what I am looking to gain from a relationship or a job. “All The Things” is usually my response. That seems to cover all the important points, and those points that can be commonly overlooked. It was also a running used to express how I am never satisfied. But I believe that is what you need to succeed in business and grow your brand, a strong desire to achieve “All The Things”. There were a ton of businesses we considered, but what landed me on Salon Suites were from my many visits to other Salon Suites in the area. When I would visit these suites for service, I would hear from the stylist all the concerns and felt that this is an area I could step in and lend another, better, experience.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
This journey has taken me on lows I had never experienced and highs I could never imagine. This was the first large scale project of this nature I have ever been a part of. But as they say, the race is not won by the swift, but by the persistent. Being persistent and patient and keeping the goal at hand has been very instrumental in our success presently and into the future.
We’ve been impressed with All The Things Salon Suites, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
You should know that we are a premier Salon Suite company that is committed to providing a welcoming family atmosphere to this market. We don’t lose sight that this is business, and the purpose of business is to make money. But you can achieve business success and build relationships along the way. I have been in real estate for about 6 years and have been a fan of real estate for most of my life. I also enjoy meeting new people and forging relationships. It’s only natural to move it this direction or foster brands and meet new individuals. I want everyone to know we are not another Salon Suite business out for profits over the people. We value the client relationship and want to grow and support that potential.
What were you like growing up?
Growing up, I was always curious and asked a ton of questions. I sort out knowledge and was always looking for the next big thing. I love to learn and not much of that has changed much since then. All The Things Salon Suites is evident of that love. I didn’t know what I didn’t know, but I know now, lol.
