People often ask me how I managed to grow a real estate team—and why I was crazy enough to do it in the first place. The truth is simple: I love real estate. I love walking into beautiful homes, understanding what makes them special, and turning something complex into something exciting and approachable. But what I love even more is teaching. Watching agents come in eager, unsure, and full of potential—and then seeing them grow into confident professionals—is what fuels me.
I’ve never believed in gatekeeping success. Everything I’ve learned, every lesson from the wins and the mistakes, I choose to share. When you help someone grow, they don’t just succeed on their own—they grow with you. And that kind of growth is powerful.
I’ve always been drawn to complicated things—the high-risk, high-reward challenges. The difference is, I enjoy breaking them down, making them simple, and guiding both my clients and my team through them with clarity and confidence.
I became a mentor for a reason. Not just to build a team or close deals, but to make an impact. To uplift others, to create leaders, and in my own way, to help make the world a better place—one person, one home, and one success story at a time.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Was this ever a smooth road? Absolutely not. Did we struggle? Of course we did. If we didn’t struggle, we wouldn’t even be here telling this story.
We’ve had everything from wild, what-just-happened deals to the “wow that was suspiciously easy” ones. But no matter the deal, one thing stayed the same—we held our clients’ hands the whole way through, with the highest level of professionalism… even when we were internally screaming.
I also want to thank my family because sometimes it is a roller coaster and I lose track of my own life. A happy wife equals a longer life. That’s not a saying, that’s a survival strategy. Having a partner who supports your business is priceless—because real estate has zero respect for business hours, weekends, or peace. The late nights, random calls, and being detailed down to the nail can make balancing family and work a whole struggle… but I’m grateful every day she rides this crazy ride with me.
I honestly can’t think of a situation so complicated that I gave up. Rejection just meant, “Okay cool, let’s think outside the box.” Sometimes that meant pivoting, sometimes partnering up with lenders, sometimes calling in other agents—whatever it took to turn impossible into keys in hand.
A lot of agents walk in thinking real estate is like Selling Sunset. Let me stop you right there. No designer drama, no magic commissions falling from the sky. We reset expectations real fast and build a reality that’s actually attainable—and sustainable.
Most agents come in with fire, drive, and big dreams or even lost. Somewhere along the way, they just need guidance, structure, and someone to say, “Yes, it’s hard—but you can do this.”
Nothing in life is easy. But persistence, dedication, and actually putting in the work will open doors you didn’t even know existed.
I’m beyond grateful for this team—open-minded, willing to try the crazy ideas, and bold enough to grow together. We’re not perfect, but we show up… and that’s what wins every time.

Are there any important lessons you’ve learned that you can share with us?
The most important lesson I’ve learned is that success isn’t about doing everything yourself—it’s about lifting others while staying true to your values. Real estate will test you. Deals fall apart, people say no, and nothing ever goes exactly as planned. What matters is how you respond. I learned early on that integrity, consistency, and showing up even when it’s uncomfortable will always outlast quick wins.
Another big lesson? You don’t have to gatekeep knowledge to stay successful. When you teach, mentor, and empower others, you build something bigger than transactions—you build people. And when people grow, businesses grow naturally.
I’ve also learned that adaptability is everything. Markets shift, challenges come out of nowhere, and the only way forward is to stay calm, think creatively, and keep the client at the center of every decision.
At the end of the day, the real win isn’t just closing deals—it’s creating impact, building trust, and knowing you helped someone move closer to their goals. That’s what makes the journey worth it and keep your wife happy!
