Yepes Animal Hotel started from a genuine love for animals and a desire to create a place where pets are treated like family. What began as a small, family-run operation has grown through hard work, community support, and a commitment to quality care. Along the way, we’ve continued to expand our services while staying true to what matters most—providing a safe, clean, and loving environment that pet parents can trust.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
The journey hasn’t been easy, but it’s been incredibly rewarding. Like any small, family-run business, there have been challenges along the way, but we’ve built strong relationships with our customers, their pets, and our community—and that support is what keeps us going every day. We’re always reinvesting into our facility, and pet parents notice the improvements each time they visit. Our latest remodel is an expanded front lobby with a modern, open-concept design that truly reflects the growth of our business and our commitment to providing a welcoming experience.

As soon as you pull in, our signature pink and turquoise branding catches your eye, along with our fun, bone-shaped parking lot designed for both accessibility and personality. Before even stepping inside, guests are welcomed by our ring-tailed lemurs, which immediately create a memorable and unique experience.
Inside, the atmosphere is warm, inviting, and intentionally designed to feel less like a kennel and more like a home away from home. Whether a pet needs socialization through daycare, professional grooming, or an extended overnight stay, we focus on personalized care, cleanliness, and communication. Brand-wise, we’re most proud of creating a space that pet parents can feel confident and comfortable with—one that you truly have to experience in person to understand.
