Today we’d like to introduce you to Lisa.
Hi Lisa, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
Lisa Archinal knows what it means to have her world shattered and rebuilt by grace. After discovering profound betrayal in her marriage, she entered a season marked by shock, trauma, and the slow unraveling of the identity she once held. The early days were disorienting—survival became her focus as she navigated emotional fallout, deep grief, and the aching questions of worth and belonging. But even in that darkness, Lisa sensed God whispering that her story wasn’t over. Through therapy, Christ-centered community, and a commitment to emotional and spiritual growth, she began to heal layer by layer.
Today, Lisa is more than a survivor; she is a thriver who helps others experience the same transformation. With a BBA in Marketing from Baylor University and certification from the Professional Christian Coaching Institute, Lisa brings both professional depth and personal compassion to her work. Her career spans roles as a corporate chaplain, marketing executive, teaching pastor, and coach, giving her a unique ability to speak to the whole person: mind, heart, and spirit. She now serves as a Christian speaker, writer, emotional health coach, and Senior Director of Marketing and Growth at Daring Ventures, where she is part of a coaching team specializing in betrayal trauma and emotional intimacy.
Lisa’s resources, including her book Betrayal Trauma: Survival Guide to the First 90 Days, the Emotional Health for Christian Women podcast, and her signature coaching course Flourish: Walking in Freedom and Purpose, equip women to rebuild their identity, renew their minds, and reclaim the lives God intended for them. Her story is one of devastation transformed into purpose, a testimony to God’s faithfulness and the resilience of a woman who refused to stay broken.
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Our Relentless Pursuit is the coaching and teaching organization I founded to help Christian women heal, grow, and reclaim a life of freedom and purpose. Born out of my own journey through betrayal trauma, the heart of this work is to equip women with the emotional, spiritual, and practical tools I wish I’d had when my world first fell apart. What began as a simple blog has grown into a full coaching practice, courses, a podcast, and resources that reach women around the world. While I specialize in trauma recovery and identity restoration, I also coach women who simply desire greater emotional freedom, resilience, and spiritual clarity, even if they have never experienced betrayal. My passion is to help all women step into the healing and wholeness God has for them.
What sets my work apart is the integration of professional training and lived experience. With a BBA in Marketing from Baylor University, certification from the Professional Christian Coaching Institute, and a career that spans corporate chaplaincy, marketing leadership, teaching pastor roles, and coaching, I bring a unique perspective to emotional and spiritual development. As part of the Daring Ventures coaching team, I combine trauma-informed coaching with Christ-centered formation to help women move from surviving to truly flourishing. My signature program, Flourish: Walking in Freedom and Purpose, guides women through emotional maturity skills, self-discovery, and spiritual renewal. My book, Betrayal Trauma: Survival Guide to the First 90 Days, and my podcast, Emotional Health for Christian Women, further extend this mission.
A unique and powerful part of Our Relentless Pursuit is the partnership my husband, Chris, and I share. Chris, my husband of 30 years, is also a speaker, mentor, and writer who serves men recovering from unwanted sexual behaviors. Holding a Master of Theology, he brings deep theological grounding to his mentoring work, paired with a raw, honest testimony of addiction, brokenness, and the miraculous intervention of Christ. When his life spiraled into hopelessness, rock bottom became the unexpected doorway to redemption. Through painful self-discovery and God’s relentless grace, he found freedom from addiction, restoration in our marriage, and a new life rooted in dependence on God. Chris now guides men along that same path through mentoring, speaking, and his books Relentless Pursuit: A Journey from Addiction to Redemption and The Transformational Matrix.
Together, our stories form a holistic ministry to both women and men. Our Relentless Pursuit exists to remind people that healing is possible, redemption is real, and no one is ever too far gone for God to restore. What we most want readers to know is this: your story isn’t over. Freedom, resilience, and renewal are available, and we’re here to walk with you on that journey.
What matters most to you? Why?
What matters most to me is seeing people transformed by the healing power of God – emotionally, spiritually, and relationally. I’ve lived through my own season of brokenness and know the devastation that trauma, shame, and fear can cause. But I also know the beauty of restoration, the strength of resilience, and the freedom that comes when we allow God to meet us in the deep places. That’s why helping women grow in emotional maturity, rebuild their identity, and walk in the purpose God designed for them means everything to me.
I believe emotional health is vital to spiritual formation. When we learn to tell the truth about our pain, let go of shame, regulate our emotions, set healthy boundaries, and root ourselves in God’s love, we become more like Christ, and that changes our families, our relationships, and our future. What matters most is helping women experience that kind of transformation, because I’ve seen firsthand that it doesn’t just heal individuals; it creates generational change.
Ultimately, my deepest conviction is this: people are never too broken, too far gone, or too wounded for God to redeem. Being part of someone’s journey from hurt to hope, from surviving to flourishing, is one of the greatest privileges of my life.
