Today we’d like to introduce you to ShuTara Nicole.
Hi ShuTara , please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
It all started with the desire of wanting something new in my life. At the time I was working in law enforcement feeling stuck. Stuck in the same routine so long I didn’t realize 11 and half years had passed me by. I took a leap of faith and invested in learning a new skill which was makeup. From there I became a serial entrepreneur. Everytime I turned around I was starting a new business and or trying something. So far I have been a celebrity makeup artist working films and music videos, a natural hair stylist, barber, natural hair and skin product maker, candle maker, spiritual advisor, metaphysical store owner, the list goes on. Today I am taking a much needed break while I navigate my new chapter as an ordained minister. I have been a spiritual advisor for the past 11 years and that is where my heart is. So becoming ordained was the next step in my journey. Helping people heal and grow is something that I’m very passionate about and can’t seem to get away from.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Has it been a smooth road? Absolutely not. I have experienced so many ups and downs it feels like I’m on a roller coaster. The only reason I am to keep going is because giving up is not an option for me. Every time I tried to walk away and do something different if feels like the universe puts me in a blinder on high speed until I come to my senses lol. The spiritual butt whippings I would get are way harder than being obedient. I have been homeless, broke, broken, and defeated. Despite it all, I keep going because I couldn’t stop if I wanted to.

Right now my main focus business wise is spiritual advising. I specialize in intuitive readings, holistic health/spiritual services and products. The thing I’m most proud of is seeing my clients grow past the obstacles they may be facing and change their lives for the better. Not just for themselves but for their families as well.
Do you have any memories from childhood that you can share with us?
My absolute favorite childhood memory is being a kid. Being care free, worry free, bill free and living life. Having fun with my sister and cousins doing what kids growing up in the 90’s do. If you were born in the 80’s and grew up in the 90’s you know exactly what I’m talking about.
