Hi Thomas, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
In May of 2024, my brother and I embarked on a journey to create a reputable Christian-based American company with the vision of growing it into something meaningful for its future employees. Balancing the demands of building our business with our daily work schedules, we’re committed to establishing a name for ourselves and delivering exceptional flooring solutions to both residential and commercial clients.
Currently, we handle most of the work ourselves, from polishing concrete floors to installing epoxy flooring systems, as we build up the revenue to expand our team. Our goal is not only to provide high-quality services but also to teach the trade to future employees, ensuring the success of both the business and those who join us along the way.
At the heart of everything we do is a dedication to making our customers happy and building long-lasting relationships with them. We’re excited for the future and the opportunity to continue growing and improving!
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
The journey has been relatively smooth overall, though, like any new venture, most of our challenges have stemmed from setting up the business—getting the right insurance, establishing accounts, securing vendors, and all the necessary groundwork. Despite the hurdles, the process has been both rewarding and enjoyable, and every challenge has been a valuable learning experience.

We specialize in concrete polished floors as well as epoxy floor coatings. We can do just about any floor and do just about any color concept you would like from stained concrete with various color blends to epoxy top coats.
We are know for our dedication to solving any problem that arises from the floor and being very flexible with our customers as well as delivering beautiful floors.
We are most proud of brand wise, making and keeping our customers happy!
