As a dedicated community leader in the Spring area of Houston, I foster economic growth by connecting businesses and community organizations, empowering entrepreneurs, and supporting local schools. Through my initiatives, including the “Tracy Thompson Speaks” network and the annual Excellence Gala, I unite the community to address pressing issues and create a brighter future for all.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Initially convincing disparate groups of the shared value of collaboration and securing the necessary funding and volunteer support for large-scale initiatives, and navigating Diverse Interests.
