We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
A challenge has been scaling while maintaining quality. As demand increased, it was important not to grow too fast or dilute the experience. We’ve had to be intentional about operations, training, and systems to ensure every client interaction meets the same high standard, regardless of scale.

Lastly, navigating logistics across multiple cities, peak seasons, and high-pressure events requires constant coordination and adaptability. These challenges pushed us to strengthen our processes, build trusted partnerships, and focus on long-term sustainability rather than short-term volume.

What was your favorite childhood memory?
My favorite childhood memory was planning elaborate Nerf wars with my friends. Looking back, it was less about the game itself and more about the creativity, planning, and teamwork that went into it.
