Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
Loyal Services LLC is an insurance and tax agency that was born with the motivation of helping all people who seek to protect their assets and be able to keep their finances up to date. We love being able to see that clients grow with us that they can do well. Their taxes and educate them so that they can take advantage of the financial system and grow their capital. We also educate our clients to keep their income and expenses up to date so they can make decisions based on their current finances. We are a team of 9 people who are 100% committed to customer service. We have opening hours from 10 am to 10 pm from Monday to Saturday by WhatsApp and telephone so that customers can easily contact us and make their payments, their policies, and resolve their concerns.
Loyal Services was created in September 2020, and we have been serving the mainly Hispanic community for 3 years; we started with a small office, just us, and little by little, thanks to the fact that we gained the trust of clients, they referred us, we always also sought to make ourselves get to know the community, go networking, have a flexible schedule, work in insurance with more than 30 companies to be competitive in prices, and provide good customer service and this was what allowed us to grow, have our own office, to be able to hire staff and help others not only with our service and education but this year 2023 we managed to open our non-profit pets paradise where we help abandoned or homeless dogs and cats find a loving and responsible home.
We remember that in our beginnings, we had to do everything: collect, quote, answer all calls, get clients, and we worked more than 10 hours a day, but it was thanks to that effort that we were able to build our current client portfolio and where opportunities opened up. That thanks to that, we always have work for ourselves and our employees
We want to continue training to be able to help more businesses with their commercial insurance, their bookkeeper, their personal and corporate taxes, and people to have their assets insured with home and car insurance.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It has been a smooth road because we have not had problems, but we have had to be aware of the market, innovate, be flexible, seek technological aid that would allow us to grow and have control of our clients and the processes we carry out. We have had to adapt over time, but this year, with the inflation that affected the price of insurance so much, knowing how to manage that price that does not depend on us but is set by the market.

Loyal Services is dedicated to the sale of commercial, home, and car insurance. We are a broker; we work with more than 30 companies to be competitive in price and to be able to find the best price option for the client. We are also a personal and corporate tax preparation agency where we have a professional team that advises and educates you so that you can present your taxes appropriately each year.
What do you think about happiness?
It makes me happy to see that my clients grow financially thanks to the education we offer them, that we maintain a constant relationship with them, and that the Hispanic community has the knowledge, and thanks to that, they do not make mistakes
