Hello X Wanna Be Great, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today.
My story is simple. It all started in high school that Is where I got my first nickname, x In high school from, and I added x wanna be great in my name because I remember times I cried to my football coaches and said I just want to be great my family nicknames me Zay my real name is Xavier Askew but I go by X Or Zay I also always been humbled because I know what it takes to lose it all I been down that road before faced homelessness before and been kicked out of several places and starting from scratch and I know how it feels to start from square one.
We all face challenges, but looking back, would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
My journey hasn’t been easy. Nothing has been given to me; everything I had to earn in high school. I did several sports, got no scholarships offers, and got no help from any of my high school coaches until I turned 20, 21, or 22; during Covid I got scholarships offers from Northwest Kansas Technical College & Another scholarship from Brewton Parker College & Another scholarship from Bethany College in Kansas I Currently Go to Jarvis Christian University Where I Was Supposed to be on the wrestling team, but god had other plans for me so I quit sports and started singing in the choir I also attend Brunswick Job Corps & I attended Chattahoochee Technical College & Houston community college, and I graduated from Marietta high school in 2018 in Georgia and attended Osborne high school.

My business is called X Wanna Be Great. It is Brand And Business. It is Lifestyle. My Story Should Motivate you and encourage you. I Had this brand Since 2016. It’s Not Just A brand. It’s a story, and many of my stories have chapters, and my story has a lot of chapters, and my stories are just getting started, so buckle up; my brand is motivational quotes & using my quotes to motivate and encourage people I use athletes for my motivational quotes my brand is also a clothing line called x or x wanna be great no more labels and Providence King and x wanna be great is a motivational brand, and I am the face of my brand, and I am a motivational speaker for my brand.
How do you define success?
I define success by just working hard in everything you do and being consistent with everything you do, and just trusting the process and being consistent in everything you do, and I also define success in just waiting your turn because your time is going to come, and when your time comes, just be ready
