Today we’d like to introduce you to Yesenia Arteaga.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I’m an immigrant, a single mother, and an entrepreneur driven by purpose. I came to this country with the dream of building a better future for my daughter and creating something meaningful, not just for myself, but for others as well.
I’ve always been someone who naturally helps people, sharing knowledge, solving problems, and guiding others through challenges. Over time, that instinct turned into my professional path.
I work closely with small and medium sized business owners, especially restaurants and food entrepreneurs, helping them set up and manage delivery platforms and POS systems in an effective, fast, and stress free way. My goal is to take that operational burden off their shoulders, so they can focus on running and growing their business instead of dealing with complex systems and processes.
Through this work, I saw how many talented entrepreneurs struggled not because they lacked passion or good products, but because they lacked structure, systems, and proper guidance. That’s where Alltogo Consulting was born, to help business owners implement the right tools, optimize their operations, and build a stronger, more sustainable business.
Today, my mission goes beyond services. It’s about empowerment, clarity, and impact. I believe that when you help entrepreneurs build better systems, you’re also helping them build better lives and that kind of progress is meant to be shared.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road.
One of my biggest challenges has been building a business as an immigrant and a single mother, while also working a full time job. Managing time, energy, and responsibilities without a strong support system has been one of the hardest parts of the journey. Even with family around, balancing work, parenting, and entrepreneurship in this country requires constant sacrifice and discipline.
Another major challenge was building trust. Many of the delivery platforms and POS systems I work with can technically be managed by business owners themselves, but I quickly realized that most entrepreneurs don’t have the time or the technical capacity to set them up correctly or optimize them for their specific business.
My challenge was helping clients see the value in having someone who not only understands the systems, but also understands their business. Every restaurant and every operation has its own needs, and building Alltogo Consulting meant proving that personalized strategies and proper implementation truly make a difference.
Earning that trust took time, consistency, and results. Those challenges shaped the way I work today and strengthened my commitment to helping business owners simplify their operations and grow with confidence.
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Alltogo Consulting LLC is a business consulting company focused on helping small and medium sized business owners, especially restaurants and food entrepreneurs simplify, optimize, and grow their operations.
I bring over six years of hands-on experience working within this industry, and Alltogo Consulting is approaching its third year in operation. Over the past year, we’ve experienced significant growth and positioning, solidifying our role as a trusted partner for restaurant owners navigating delivery platforms and POS systems.
We specialize in the effective setup, management, and optimization of delivery platforms and POS systems, helping our clients get up and running quickly and correctly without having to deal with complex technical processes themselves. While many of these platforms can be managed independently, most business owners simply don’t have the time, technical capacity, or strategic clarity to implement them in a way that truly benefits their business.
Today, we work with over 40 brands, supporting 50 to 60 restaurant locations across the Houston area, and we’ve also expanded our services to clients in Louisiana who are actively working with Alltogo Consulting to improve and scale their operations.
What sets Alltogo Consulting apart is our personalized approach. Every business is different, and we design strategies based on each client’s specific operation, goals, and challenges, never a one size fits all solution. In addition to our core services, we offer a range of complementary solutions tailored to the restaurant industry, allowing us to support our clients beyond implementation and into long term growth and stability.
I’m most proud of the trust we build with our clients and the real impact our work has on their day-to-day operations. At Alltogo Consulting, our mission goes beyond systems and platforms we help entrepreneurs regain time, clarity, and confidence so they can focus on growing their business and building a better future.
Networking and finding a mentor can have such a positive impact on one’s life and career. Any advice?
I truly believe that there is no better mentorship than living the process.
When I first arrived in this country, I worked as a waitress, and that experience gave me a real understanding of how restaurants operate from the inside. I was able to see firsthand the daily challenges restaurants face and how everything ultimately connects to their main purpose: serving the customer, delivering a great product, and creating a positive experience.
After working in restaurants for over three years, I realized that having well structured systems, especially delivery platforms and POS configurations, doesn’t just improve operations, it creates confidence among employees. That confidence is felt by customers, and it directly impacts sales and overall performance.
In many ways, I became my own mentor through experience. Every client interaction continues to teach me something new. Even when I don’t immediately have an answer, I make it a priority to research, learn, and find the right solution, not just for that client, but for future ones as well.
For me, mentorship and networking are built through real work, curiosity, and a commitment to continuous learning. When you stay open to learning from every experience and every person, growth becomes a constant.
